Timeline of Events:
12:00 pm -12:30 pm Doors open for Scout registration, Car weigh-in and inspection
12:30 pm -12:35 pm Opening Ceremony, Announcements
12:35 pm – 1:00 pm Refreshments Served
1:10 pm Race commences order: youngest to oldest
3:00 pm Closing Ceremonies
The Pack will be providing Pizza and refreshments. We will be accepting cash donations if you choose to support.
Parents are responsible for their scouts and siblings. As this is a Glow Theme with use of Black Lights and a dimmed lighting atmosphere, we ask that Scouts refrain from running in the Hall.
